"I chose to come to Lakehead University because it is close to home and the class sizes are small which allows for more interaction with professors. It is the right university for me because the staff and faculty members here are very friendly, helpful and patient with students - they are concerned with your success as a student. I also find the environment here fun and enjoyable which makes learning that much easier. Lakehead University also puts on a variety of different in-school as well as out-of-school activities to keep students engaged and showing school spirit!
My favourite Lakehead hang outs are Tim Horton's and the Agora, and the best place for me to study on campus would have to be around Lake Tamblyn. Outside of the classroom I like canoeing, hiking, gardening and relaxing with friends and family. "
